A social site that cares about its users all the time

If you thought that social networks don't have a way of reaching out to the users, you were wrong. Every social website does its best to reach out to it users through various ways. For example the skype customer service center is where all users of this social network get help from the website. They make sure that when they have a problem, they have contacted that center. All problems on this social website are solved through this center. The center has people who work day and night finding out from the users what they are going through and how they are fairing on with the website. They make sure that they have talked to as many users as possible to make sure that they have all the problems they are facing on the website. I think this is a good thing that Skype is doing and I urge the website to continue doing that all the time. Users will feel good when their problems are solved by the website. They will be chatting through this social network most of the time.
