All the business persons should respect consumer

A consumer is a very important person in a business without a consumer then the business will not go any far. A seller is supposed to show respect to a consumer cause if it were not for them then there would be no business for them. Any business person is supposed to sell goods which are not faulty and are in good condition and they should make sure that they deliver what a consumer has ordered for. Many are the times when you find that a consumer gets goods which are defective or they get goods which do not fit their description. When they return them back to the seller, the seller becomes so disturbborn refusing to give back the goods. According to the Consumer Advice and the rights policy, a consumer has the right to return the good once they find it to have any faulty. In case the seller denies for having sold you the product, you can give them the receipt to proof that you had bought the product from them. Or you can report the matter to the consumer protection agency.
