Fame is the emotional reward we get after doing something. There are people who care so much about fame at the expense of what they are getting out of what they do, and they would try practically anything to get that fame. Say for instance nicole richie. She is a TV personality, a musician, an actor as well as a fashion designer. All these have been accomplished by one person, a young person who is in need of getting fame, and that is what she has got because she is well known today because of her great work. The good thing is that she is good at whatever she does, and this is what has earned her so many fans from all the ends of the world. It is possible to be talented in more than one area but it takes hard work and determination to emerge the best in all the areas that you are talented in. This is what has brought Nicole this far. While many people would prefer to stick to just one area of specialization, others want to show the world all that they can do best. |

I decided to work from home two years ago after the hours at my job more than doubled and my daughter contracted measles twice in one semester. Having not excelled at school and leaving with nothing much more than the basics at grades A-C I then went on the work in various customer service roles. I thought I’d be fairly limited as to what I could do to make money from home but I couldn’t have been more wrong! I quickly found plenty of online writing jobs but wasn’t making any money. I realised I’d have to up my profile and this is where LinkedIn really stepped up to the mark. Using this site I could advertise my writing skills, my resume and my experience and better yet, I found I could connect with hundreds of others in the online writing trade. Enhancing my online profile using LinkedIn was easy and fun and I now use LinkedIn for social networking and affiliate marketing to further boost my online earnings.
Of course, you can use LinkedIn to find other skills - whether you need a creative design agency or a programmer, it's the ideal platform. |

When so many out there are celebrating you, many people expect that you are the happiest person in life. This is not what we see from our celebrities. Despite their success mainly in the entertainment industry, they are really unhappy and most of them end up getting frustrated thereafter because of personal lives they cannot handle. Despite her fame and success for instance, ivana trump could no longer stay married to her husband, who had created the fame for her, having been from a very wealthy and well known family. This is just one of the people who has had a divorce because of failed marriages even with so much success in their career. Many say that celebrities do not know how to manage their personal life and I can not agree less because most of them are living lives that do not depict the success and the fame they enjoy. There are just a few people who have made it in personal life and in their careers successfully and they are really famous at that. |

People love fame, and most of them would do anything to be known out there, even if it means being known in your locality alone. There are many ways of being known, in the positive sense and in the negative sense. The best way to be known by people is when you do a positive thing and you have to do it over and over again in order to be noticed, otherwise you will remain irrelevant for the rest of your life. Why then do you think we have celebrities? People like hugh grant had to act in more than a hundred movies in order to hit the world and to be known very well. When you go in other countries apart from where Hugh was born and raised, you will hear them talking about him as if they know him in person. This is because of the name he has created for himself in the acting industry. You too need to do a good thing over and over again in order to attract fame. |

When I cleared my university course, I had fallen so much in love with the students in my class that I decided to open a facebook group under the name of our class so that it will be possible to keep in touch with them. The facebook forum has worked so far because almost half of the class has joined and it is not like the other half does not want to join, they still do not have facebook accounts but they are working on it for the sake of joining the group of our class. These forums have helped us advice each other in terms of making major decisions in life and also doing other things such as social life and stuff which I think was a cool idea in the first place. At least I have managed to keep my university class and because I have seen the wonders that it has brought, I am thinking of trying out the college class that I was in and the high school one just to bring back the memories of those that I grew up with and see how they are fairing on in their lives. |

The world is now a global village and many can now enjoy communicating with their loved ones in far away lands just by a click of a button. This is amazing, entirely amazing. So it really does not matter where one is, what matters is if they can access the net. Many social networking sites have come up and catching up has been made easy. One of these social sites is Facebook which has millions of people as members. To be able to do anything on Facebook you have to log in. How to do this is well explained when you go to Facebook page online. Some of the things you should include as you log in, is to create a Facebook Profile. This is where you give personal information like your name, where you schooled, your relationship status and where you work. As you do your profile make sure you do not give information that may put you in problems. You may choose to show to all your profile or hide it for only the authorized persons. Facebook will show you how to do it. |

I did not join facebook to add stranger in to my list of friends on Facebook. I joined the site so that I could communicate easily with my current friends. This was because I rarely saw them due work travel. I was voted the best business woman of the year and people suddenly got interested in me. I had to screen calls that I did not know the identity of the callers and the horror extended to my life on facebook. I got numerous facebook requests and I did not like it at all. So my assistant told me she will deal with the problem. She started off by Facebook decline friend request to all the people who had sent requests and yet had not identified themselves by including a small message in the invite. This is what I did when I added someone who did not know me. I would send them a short message identifying myself and that made it easier. My assistant went ahead and altered the settings in my profile. Anyone who searched me could not easily get access to me and that was a good because it gave me a sigh of relief. |

It has been reported that online banking even though convenient, it is not safe for many users. This is because of the many account hackers who are out to squeeze a dime out of unsuspecting members of banks. The reason why I like online banking is because it is very convenient and it also saves a lot of my time. For example instead of going to my bank to pay bills, I could use my online banking account to do so. I will just need to have account settings set up in order to get to this point. I pay my rent, my monthly phone bill, my electricity bill, my water bill and other miscellaneous bills through my online banking account. My online account settings are in such a way that at the end of every month, the bank deducts my entire monthly expenses automatically and pays all my bills. The only catch is that there should be money in the account. I do not let other people use my computer because if they do so they will know my banking information from my web history and that is not an option. |

My brother just recently gave his blackberry mobile phone to me after he purchased a new iphone 4. I did not even expect he would hand it to me because all I thought was he loved the phone so much. Thankfully, I would not have to save an ample amount of money just to buy one for myself. Now that my cell phone is new, I would have to take time familiarizing its features so that I will be able to enjoy it. The first thing I studied was on how to make use of its wifi capability. Unfortunately, there were still a lot of registrations that I have to do to successfully make use of it. I tried to sign in on my facebook account to check on some updates but the connections kept on failing. After days of familiarizing it, I was able to understand it slowly especially on how to use my blackberry with those famous social networking sites. To bring me up to date on the updates, Facebook Help Live Feed is readily accessible anytime I get confused on it. There is still a lot of time for me to really get to know my new phone it is indeed an amazing invention. |

The Titanic is one of the world’s most famous of steamliner ships. But do you have the real Titanic facts? The titanic was the world’s largest passenger ship. Unlike any other ship in history, the Facts of the Titanic state that it is the world’s most talked about ship that has ever sailed. No other ship in history has had as many movies and films and books created about it, putting the Titanic at the top of its class when it comes to worldwide buzz and profiteering. Everyone at this point has heard of the movie the Titanic with Leonardo Dicaprio. This movie like many other publications out there helps us to see firsthand what really happened during the sail of this ship, however do they really give us true details? I would like to believe they give us Titanic facts, but may also add other aspects which may not have been 100% true. I guess that’s where research comes into play. |

While many love to hang up classic art canvas prints on their walls, my favorite type of art to display in my office and in my place of business is old science fiction illustrations. I have prints of full color paintings by Frank R. Paul and Chesley Bonestell, from magazines such as Air Wonder Stories and Astounding Science Fiction, as well as old Popular Mechanics. In addition to moonscapes and art deco spacecraft circling the globe, there are pictures depicting the cities they imagined we would be living in by now, cities with skies filled with flying cars and hovercraft. These pictures have a certain charm, but they also have a certain sense of optimism, and wonder. They also serve to get my clients to thinking about technology and the need to think ahead, so in addition to being conversation starters, I've found that they get my clients into a receptive frame of mind. |

In today's art world we have established rules about what is and what is not art. When an artist does something it always seems to be up to the critics to have the last word. But in the 60's a new type of art started on the streets and it didn't stop evolving up to today. If I mention Banksy, you'll know the art form I'm on about.
I'm not saying that graffiti started in the 60's, but it is then that the invasion started. The vision was clear: anywhere can be your canvas. No rules, no institution, just pure expression of the artist and a clean wall. Isn't this what every artist would want, a complete freedom to express him or herself? I think that graffiti showed the path and the art world followed, because today in the contemporary art everybody is trying to break the boundaries and to go outside. Well, graffiti is already outside and it is from the people, for the people. They make my day in the city colorful and they show me that there are still people that do things they want to, no matter what. |
