The best bar where I like to go to relax is at Dougherty's Tavern located in Stafford, Virginia by the Stafford Courthouse. The outside is a quaint older building with lots of plants, but the inside is where all the action is. Upon entering the bar you will notice more of an older, antique type of setting. The lighting seems a bit dull but it actually makes it quite relaxing after a long day of stress related work. I love to watch the football games on their huge big screen television, and the beer placemats make it pretty clear which team the bar owner supports. I like to enjoy a good beer on tap while eating some home cooked meals made by the owner himself. The owner's wife raises money at the bar to help make the city of Stafford a much better place. I have met a lot of my friends here including the love of my life, John. It really is a good place to go to meet some good people and just have a good time. I think anyone who happens to pass through the town of Stafford should definitely stop by Dougherty's Tavern! |

When I was much younger, my mom used to ask me what I wanted to be when I grow up. I was not quite sure of what I really wanted to do with my life back then, but somehow, I knew that it had to be something that would make use of my skills in the kitchen. Just like many people I know, I am a lover of good food. But unlike most girls my age, I know my way in the kitchen. I enjoy cooking for other people. It gives me a different sense of satisfaction when people appreciate my food. Little did I know that my passion for cooking would bring me to a lifetime career. I happen to be one of the very few wedding caterers uk around today. I am proud of the fact that even if I started my business really small, it has grown bigger through the years. With the help of my dependable staff, I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed cooking as much as I do now. |

My sister married a rugby player. If I were her, I would have high blood pressure because of the constant worry if he is hurt, and if he is will he even get better. The worst would be when he goes back to play after a very bad injury. My sister does not mind though at times it gets to her at least she has me. She hosts a lot of parties for her husband and his friends. They love hog roast. Good thing there are hog roasts in the Midlands, I don't know where she would get them if they were not there. She never hires the caterers to prepare the hog roast. She does it herself and I always help. Our brothers play rugby too and they come to the parties. It is usually a good family gathering. Her husband does not get hurt a lot because he is pretty fast so in order to hurt him you actually have to catch him. I have started liking hog roast and I always look forward to these gatherings. |

Being a vegetarian has taught me how to make very healthy vegetarian meals. Many vegetarians mess up when it comes to the food that they eat because their diets do not have the required food supplements. I am a uk outside caterer and I have a client who has asked me to throw a party for her daughter who is a vegetarian and she is not eating healthy. Apparently, she and some of her friends became vegetarians so that they can be able to lose weight. So I decided to include a lot of carbohydrates in the food that they were going to eat. I was going to make pasta for them but I would not coat it with cheese because I know that they would not eat them. I made the pasta and mixed it up with a little green vegetable. I even made broccoli that many of the girls were eating and I mixed up with soya stew so that the broccoli can have a flavor. The girls did like the food and it made them miss meat. |

People have been known to collect coins that have ended up being valuable over time, others have been known to collect stamps that dated to very early times and also cost a fortune, others even collect movies in order to carry own memories of their generations, others collect clocks and phones probably to benefit from the technology at that time, despite the reasons people collect items that they consider valuable, they collect them because they like to look at them. A good example it people who collect vintage crockery. They just do not collect any crockery but they get the ones that are pleasing to their eye, so they end up collecting a specific kind. They usually buy them at thrift stores or even goodwill stores. They get them at these stores because things sold there are usually donated by many people who have things that are very valuable right now and date way back. People who collect crockery that are vintage go for a specific design and also a specific manufacturer to bring about uniformity and uniqueness. |
