My main motivation to study technology is to help mum.

I hate to see my mum stressed out all the time especially when something breaks in the house or when it stops working all together and she cannot fix it herself. That is why I have decided to be a technician. I am already taking my evening classes in one of the colleges in my town. In a month's time, I will be able to fix some things for my mum. I can fix an electrical cooker, an iron box or even the stereo. After three months, I can Fix Phone line. This will be good news to mum because our line develops problems all the time an she has to pay so much to a technician to get it repaired. When I learn how to fix a telephone line, she will be saving so much then, and then she will be proud of me. By the time I am through with my course, I will be fixing her computer instead of spending so much on a computer technician. I will also be helping her out in paying our house bills because I will be selling my services out there for a living.
