A number of people have struggled with solving technical problems. Many claim that even manuals are not clear enough for the lay man to understand. Their suggestion is that instruction manuals are simplified so that people of all walks of life can sort out problems without a big struggle. A colleague once asked me, how do i fix my samsung exclaim? After learning this we looked for a samsung dealer who happened to be well versed about samsung phones. What you need to do in case you are in this situation, is to check your charger for it could be faulty, the battery also may have a problem. If any of these is faulty then you have no option but to buy a new one. When this is done you will have to charge the battery for sometime until you notice that if you put it in the phone, the phone goes on.If you try this and it does not work go back to where you purchased your phone and you will get help.
