The best way to resolve internet problems.

Mike was very excited when he connected his computer to an internet source. He was aware of the many things he could do with the internet including entertaining himself, which was his part time activity. He was also very fond of working online, since his office allowed employees to work from their homes once in a while, and whenever he felt like working from home, he just turned to his computer and everything was done as it was required. One day, he had an internet problem. All of a sudden, the internet stopped working. He did not know so much about fixing internet problems, so he resulted to his internet provider for help. After contacting them, they told him to wait for a while in order to ascertain that the problem was actually on their side. Apparently, the internet not working issue was not from the provider's side, but from Mike's. He was advised to update his browser and to reconnect the internet connection on his computer. Those two worked, although he did not know which of the two actually resolved the matter,. Today, whenever he has an internet connection problem, he reconnects his internet connection and updates his browser before contacting his service provider.
